This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

• Application means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device, named FlexLoad.

Personal Data

We do not collect any personally identifiable information. The Application does not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal details.

Usage Data

We do not collect Usage Data or analytics. The Application operates entirely locally on your Device.

Information Collected while Using the Application

While using Our Application, in order to provide features of Our Application, We may ask for access to:

• Camera and Photo Library: We use this permission to allow you to take photos of packages and store them locally on your device to help you organize your deliveries.

All data, including photos and package information, is stored locally on Your Device. It is not transmitted to the Company’s servers or any third-party server.

Use of Your Personal Data

Since we do not collect Personal Data, we do not use it for marketing, analytics, or any other purpose. The data you enter is used solely by the Application on your Device to provide the functionality of organizing your packages.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company does not retain your Personal Data because it is not transmitted to us. Your data is retained on your Device for as long as you choose to keep it within the Application. You can delete your data at any time by using the “Clear All” feature or deleting the Application.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your information is not transferred to the Company or any third parties. It remains on your Device.

Disclosure of Your Personal Data

Since we do not collect or have access to your Personal Data, we cannot disclose it to any third parties, law enforcement, or other entities.

Security of Your Personal Data

The security of your data relies on the security of your Device. We recommend that you take steps to secure your Device, such as using a passcode or biometric authentication.

Children’s Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
